Click on the "Get Started" button on the homepage, fill in your details (name, email, phone number, password), verify your email with the OTP sent to you, and create a transaction PIN to secure your account.

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your personal information and transaction data. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Go to your Virtual Account page from the dashboard. You can fund your wallet by bank transfer to your dedicated account number. Funds reflect instantly or within minutes.

A transaction PIN is a 4-digit security code required to authorize purchases and wallet transactions. It protects your account from unauthorized access. You create it during account setup or can set it later in your profile settings.

Wallet funds are non-withdrawable but can be used for all services on the platform including practice exams, airtime, data, electricity, and scratch cards.

You can view your complete transaction history by going to your Dashboard and clicking on "Transactions" in the sidebar menu. This shows all your wallet funding, purchases, and service transactions with dates, amounts, and status. You can also filter by transaction type and date range.

If a transaction fails, the amount will be automatically reversed to your wallet within 24 hours after approval. Terms and conditions apply. If the reversal doesn't happen, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

From your dashboard, select Airtime or Data service, choose your network provider, enter the phone number, select the amount or bundle, and confirm with your transaction PIN. Delivery is instant!

Go to JAMB Service section, select the PIN type (Registration, Result Checker, etc.), enter the quantity, confirm your purchase with your PIN. The e-PIN will be delivered instantly to your registered email.

We offer WAEC, NECO, NABTEB scratch cards and result checkers. Select the exam board, choose the card type, quantity, and complete payment. You'll receive the PIN instantly.

Go to Practice Exam from your dashboard, select the exam type (JAMB, WAEC, NECO), choose subjects, set the number of questions, and start the test. Your progress is automatically saved.

No! You can't pause your exams. You must complete them in one sitting. Your answers are automatically saved.

After completing an exam, you'll see immediate results. You can also view all past results in the "Recent Scores" section under Practice Exams, showing your performance analytics and improvement trends.
